Friends of The Ivy Meadows Residents Society

The Friends of Ivy Meadows Residents Society (formerly Friends of Scotia Nursing Homes Residents Society) that, in 2002, purchased a wheelchair-accessible bus to replace a small van, giving residents more mobility to participate in community events, church services, shopping and other organized outings. This Society has full ownership and is solely responsible for the complete costs of owning, operating and maintaining our bus.

The friends of Ivy Meadows was successful in purchasing a new wheelchair accessible bus in November 2011 (as seen above), in their annual fundraisers. Thank you everyone for your continues support, Fundraisers included
