Dining

Residents enjoy the facilities of a spacious dining room in each neighbourhood. Trained staff members provide nourishing and appetizing meals under the supervision of the Director of Support Services. A consultant Dietitian visits each resident on admission to assess his/her special needs, allergies, intolerances and nutritional status.

The varied menu incorporates seasonal foods as they are available. Special events, with appropriate foods, are celebrated throughout the year.

Kitchenettes, equipped with refrigerators, microwave ovens, ranges, toasters and electric kettles are located on each neighbourhood. The Dietary Department supplies a selection of juices, milk, bread and cookies for each kitchenette and snacks are provided for all Residents.
