Rosecrest Communities looks forward to offering assisted living facilities in the future. These facilities are to be integrated into the Sagewood and Magnolia campuses. Assisted living within the Rosecrest Community will offer residents their own private accommodation in a neighbourhood environment with trained staff on-site, and an entire network of support within walking distance. Options of full and partial meal plans will be available.

A social calendar that appeals to varied interests and hobbies will help establish a social network, and enhance the community atmosphere.

Independent Apartments

Rosecrest’s Apartments for independent living will be a residence for seniors who are able to live independently, but are interested in downsizing their living space. Rosecrest’s apartments will have the feature of being located in an established community that has been tailored to suit seniors and their unique lifestyle demands. Rosecrest’s independent living facilities will offer seniors the peace of mind of living in a community with nearby medical facilities, social networking resources, and retail environments suited to their needs.
